Heartwood Vintage sells curated vintage and antique furniture, decorations, and art pieces. Our items are pre-owned, often unique, and may show signs of age and character, which we believe add to their charm.

We strive to provide accurate descriptions and photographs of each item. Due to the vintage nature of our pieces:

• Minor imperfections, patina, or signs of wear are part of the item’s story.

• Measurements are approximate.

• Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings or lighting.

We are happy to provide additional photos, videos, or details upon request before purchase.

• All prices are listed in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

• We accept payments via bank transfer, cash (for in-person purchases), and approved card processors.

• Full payment is required before an item is shipped.

• We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but confirmed orders will not be affected.

• An item is not considered sold until payment is confirmed.

• We may accept reservations for up to 48 hours upon request.

• Because most items are unique, once sold, they are no longer available.

We offer delivery services in Romania via trusted couriers or private transport.

Please note that shipping is not included at checkout. We handle shipping separately to ensure the safety of your purchase. Many of our objects are fragile or large in size, requiring careful packaging and specialised private transport.

After your order is placed, our team will contact you directly to discuss available delivery or pick-up options. Costs will vary depending on the items selected and the delivery address. You may also pick up your item from our showroom for free.

If you prefer to receive a shipping quote prior to ordering, we are happy to assist.

Due to the nature of vintage and one-of-a-kind items, we do not offer returns or refunds except in cases of:

• Items damaged in transit (must be reported within 72 hours of delivery)

• Major undisclosed flaws that affect functionality
